Nicole Farkouh
Nicole Farkouh is the founder and creator of CultureWonk and the Visionary Leaders Summit.

I work with clients to crystallize their needs and intentions, gather and organize information required to design sound strategy or policy, remove barriers to maximum performance, and understand their impact as it unfolds.
I am a consultant, coach, facilitator, trainer, and mediator. I’ve worked for 14 years with non-profits, educational institutions, government organizations, corporations, and foundations. I pair analytic rigor with an ability to hold multiple perspectives to guide groups and organizations to greater effectiveness.
Throughout my adult life curiosity and passion have led me to travel widely and live in places including New Orleans, Boston, South India, Mexico, and Nepal. My professional experiences span the globe. Work with clients draws on my diverse experiences and is founded on an instinctive respect for and value in every individual.
